Positive: The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. The location was great and easy to access, and communication with the owner was smooth and hassle-free. We also really appreciated the flexibility — the owner kindly allowed us to check out later than stated in the listing. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio was excellent, which made our stay very good value for money. Negative: Unfortunately, there were some issues that affected our comfort. There was visible mold on the walls, likely caused by poor ventilation and air circulation. Although there were fans in each room, the windows seemed leaky and the overall layout didn’t support proper airflow, making the apartment quite humid. The bathroom was especially problematic — there was no ventilation at all, which made it uncomfortable to use. In one of the bathrooms, water from the shower would constantly spill out due to a lack of proper design or drainage solution. Another thing to keep in mind is the strict noise policy. We were informed by a neighbor (in 30mins during check-in) that after 7 PM it is necessary to be very quiet, which might be limiting for some guests. Additionally, there was a limited number of dishes, especially glasses for drinks.

The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again Negative: The only small thing I didn’t like is that the cooking pots are Tefal. In my opinion, it would be healthier and better if they were stainless steel (Inox).

Positive: The location is in a quiet area. The walls are well insulated. There were a few small things that were defective, but we informed the owner about them when we moved in so that everything would be fine from our side afterward. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed.
